It is basically a very detailed 318 page PDF file to guide one through character buliding. All of the 9 different classes are discussed in depth via 9 different chapters. The file includes an additional 10th chapter consisting of “races and their small differences”.
I found the book to be more useful in building an ultimate raiding character for PvE, as opposed to a PvP character.
I have been playing the game since its release and one thing I admit is my weakness in character development. I might be advanced beyond basics but somehow or rather, other players were always a step of me in everything in every single class I chose. All this ended when I used the Warcraft Ultimate Guide.
Practically speaking, in order to succeed in Wow, you have to put the time in and really learn the ins and outs of your class. Information can be found all over the web, but who has the time it takes to find web sites or forums with information that is actually useful and well presented?
For those who are looking for a good character development guide, Warcraft Ultimate Guide is the answer to that, With very detailed information on enchants, gems, consumables, talents and abilities, the guide has everything that you need to build a character that is worthy to last throughout the game. From a novice, I found my character growing from strength to strength with relative ease. It was absolutely the answer to all my frustrations!
While the guide provides valuable information on all classes, you do not get the same amount of info on all of them. In particular, the difference between the chapter on shamans (59 pages) and the chapter on mages (8) is glaringly obvious. But that’s the beauty of this guide, you don’t have to read a lot of fluff to get what you need in character development. What you get is what you need.
If you are looking to develop one or more 70+ characters known throughout your realm as the best, this is the best warcraft PvP/PvE guide for you!
