World Of Warcraft Fast Leveling Guide

Because we all know how frustrating leveling a WoW character up from level 1 to level 80 is, I want to share some tricks about fast leveling with you.

Some ways of leveling work very well and some ways clearly are a waste of time. The reason why there are still lots of players who are wasting hours and days on leveling is that leveling has changed in the last time.

In case you think that grinding is the ultimate technique of fast leveling – then you are wrong! I know there’s a lot of confusion about this. In the past, a lot of players used grinding to gather a lot of experience by simply killing mobs. All they did all day was standing at a spot where mobs would respawn quickly and killed them again and again.

But Blizzard has changed some game mechanics here. Killing off a mob still gives you experience, right. But completing quests now gives more xp than before. Blizzard has increased the xp you receive for completing a quest.

I think you know what that means – Complete quests and you get both xp for killing the mobs as well as for the quest itself. Grinding saves you some time because you don’t have to travel anywhere, so you get a bit more xp in the short run. But you miss all the xp for completing any quest.

How many mobs do you have to kill in order to make up for the missing quest experience? For most of the classes in WoW, grinding is just not viable for fast leveling anymore!

Of course there is always one class that is better than any other class in terms of grinding. Mages with the AoE frost talent spec can farm mobs with superior speed. So, if you are not a Frost Mage, I recommend you to stick to questing.

This is the surefire way to get experience the fastest way possible: You get the xp for both mobs and quets. Doing quests is the secret of fast leveling.
